There is a gouge and a small piece of rubber missing from the edge of the unit, see photos. The touchpad/mousepad and keyboard work fine. It has some scuffs, scratches and scrapes from normal use. There may be sticker, paint, or marker residue on the units. I have tested all of the USB ports, the web camera and WiFi, and they all work. NO battery included. Pictures are of the actual item.
