Description: Torture factory is in good overall condition. Everything lights up and the sound works great. The guillotine and gears do not work. Not sure what is wrong with either of them. The gears may be just under powered, as if I give them a nudge, they do turn pretty easy. The guillotine doesn't seem to be even trying to work.
