The Leki system allows you to put your pole on and easily remove it with a push of the release button. It's a fantastic user friendly system. Once I put the pole on I never take the strap off of my glove until the end of the day. The Leki Detect S pole pair has seen limited use over 1 month last year and is in excellent condition.
