Description: Leica M2-R Rare Chrome Rangefinder Camera Body (Only 2000 Made) [EX+] Here's a nice M2-R, a camera that was originally meant to be military issue only. The U.S. Army cancelled their order and the cameras became available to the public. They are an improvement over the standard M2 with a quick-load tulip system much like the M4. This one is in excellent condition with light wear. It is not quite mint, there are a few small bright spots in the chrome but it is in as good user condition as you'll find. The rangefinder is bright and accurate and the shutter speeds are strong and accurate at all speeds. A body cap is included.
