We build each Lego set to verify all parts are accounted for and not broken / damaged. The pictures used are of the actual sets being sold. The sets have been disassembled, placed into ziploc bags, bubble wrapped, and packed into a shipping box where they await their new owners. GRADING: As with any grading system it is open to interpretation! "played with" means it is open. It is not new. Excellent condition means very little play wear IE: the Lego is still shiny with little to no scratching or discoloration/fading. Great condition means it still has some shine, minor scratching, it may have small nicks, and there may be some light discoloration/fading. Cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching. Good condition means it will have some scratches, there will be some discoloration/fading noticeable, it may have small nicks, cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching.
