Lego City Burger Bar Fire Rescue 60214 Retired 100% Complete ~Ex. Condition~

Description: This is for a Retired 2019 Lego City Set of 60214 Burger Bar Fire Rescue and it is 100% Complete and in Excellent Condition. This set was assembled in 2019 and was Always Both Adult Owned & Handled. The set was Never Played With but, it was displayed from 2019 to October of 2024, at which time it was carefully disassembled and placed into labeled bags that correspond to the bag numbers in the instructions. There is also a smaller bag that is not labeled that has the extra parts for the kit that are not needed in order to complete the model and this unmarked bag of extra parts can be found in the Ziplock bag where the instructions are. There were several decals that came with this set, and they were carefully placed in accordance with the book, but still may not be totally straight or spot on. See photo three in order to see what this decal placement might look like. The instructions are in Excellent Condition and were handled very carefully, infact the spine is not even cracked so therefore, the books will almost close shut automatically unless you are a little ways into it. Although, the instructions might still show Mild Wear from Age, Storage, and Usage. Additionally, instructional book number three has a bent corner in the lower bottom right hand corner that effects only the first few pages and the bent corner is best seen in the second photo. All the bricks are in Excellent Condition, but might still show Mild Wear from Age, Storage, and Usage. The box that it comes in is in Excellent Condition, Although, it might still show Mild Wear from Age & Storage, and this type of mild wear is seen in the form of slight box creases and box bulges that are found on the front, top, and bottom of the box (photos four, five, and eight), the box also has several spots on the one side and on the back (photos six and nine) where the print has been slightly torn or worn off. Please take a look at the photos in order to better judge the overall condition of the item for yourself. *Please note that the box that the lego comes in will arrive to you tied shut with string in order to keep the box closed on its way to you in order to avoid the box opening up and spilling its contents into the larger shipping box while in transit*.
