Larger items such as Engines, Transmissions, Doors, Tailgates, Trunk Lids, Rear Axles etc. will ship via freight. Freight items are unable to be shipped until we have all the necessary information required by the carrier. Typically that includes a valid business name, address, valid phone number, and hours of operation. Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information with your order as well. Freight charges are for zoned commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate there will be an additonal fee. If a commercial address is not able to be provided we can ship the item to your residence for an additional fee. If there is an issue with your order or item we will reach out to you before we ship the order. When you sign for the delivery on the carrier's Bill Of Lading (BOL) it is accepting the merchandise as is and in good order. So please inspect your package before signing for it.
