This is far better than most paintings by Reynolds that appear on the market and not particularly typical in the wide field of subject matter and styles he did. In August, a painting of white egrets was listed on Liveauctions online, estimated an optimistic $900-1800 with a starting price of $450, but has not yet had a bid. There are other heron pictures listed online, mostly with four figure explanations. I put this painting up for $200 becours it has a ....I think a water stain......in the left bottom corner ( see picture ) It's still a great painting for you to put on your wall at your home , office, or wherever you want to put it . And I think with the stain is 200 a fair price for this beautiful acryl painting
