Description: The Lebanon 50,000 Livres Banknote was issued by the Bank of Lebanon in 2014 to commemorate its 50th anniversary. The banknote has hints of blue, purple, orange, red, and green. Featured on its obverse is the Bank du Liban headquarters building in Beirut. Its reverse depicts the Bank du Liban building. Both sides also show a cedar tree in blue/green SPARK orbital on a clear window which shifts color when the note is tilted. The banknote does not have a security thread and watermark. It measures 140 x 77 mm and is signed by Riad T. Salameh and Raed H. Charafeddine. This commemorative paper bill is printed on polymer and has been given a grade of 65 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
