Pad is easily moved or adjusted to the desired location on your shoulder. Once placed where you want the pad, it will remain there unless you move it - Pad will not shift or slide. After a short period of use, the leather pad will mold to your shoulder for a perfect fit. Vachetta will develop the rich tan patina common to this type of leather.
