Record in nice shape and plays well (tested by me). Flimsy cover has seam wear although no actual splits. Old price sticker on front which may cause tear in cover if removed. Lyrics inner sleeve is clean looking but with edge splits (record will be mailed in new generic inner sleeve). GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR. I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
