The item is new in the box in perfect condition, with the only exception being one small area on the top right side of the backsplash that might be lightly scratched. Item will ship reinforced on all sides with luan plywood to help ensure a safe arrival. The top styrofoam was discarded at the sale but will be replaced with an equal/better substitute.
