He changed the name to Larry Bird's Boston Connection Hotel Restaurant and Lounge in Terre Haute, Indiana. This button was perhaps a souvenir sold or given away there. I have owned it long enough. Shipped in a padded envelope. I have retired from being a full-time sports card dealer. I have also bought and sold a lot of other items.
