Born in 1900, The artist work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from 19 USD to 1,680 USD, depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 2020 the record price for this artist at auction is 1,680 USD for overall: 17 1/4 inches. I don't know when this work was done, but the artist didn't seem to be to concerned about presentation since it appears that if was done by the artist they apparently painted it while it was in the frame, at least partially. Overall very nice work and scene. Also notice that paint covers part of the signature. I don't know if this was done intentionally. Measurements are 24" x 36" scene, and 30 1/2" x 42 1/2" including gold wooden period frame. Signature does match!!
