Description: Not sure if this has been used or not. I believe so because when I got it, it was set to be picture or maybe certificate frame under the flag. It is in pretty good shape. Comes with the flag. Does have few small scratches and I need to put pic and I will do that there appears to be tiny crack in bottom glass right at the edge. I don’t think it will be issue. More like a scratch u be the judge look at pic.
