Description: Large, heavy, Handthrown Pottery Pitcher, signed "Nancy Freeman"; I believe this may be a hobbyist piece.Piece is in a primitive style with varied earth tone colors of brown, green and white. Finish is glossy in some areas and matte in others. Has a light design of "x" marks around the top.There are firing defects and glazing defects, where the glaze didn't completely cover or ran. I see no chips or cracks. There is moderate to heavy crazing in the glossy areas.
