The edges are painted with metallic paint and finished off with several coats of clear glaze. The backside is unpainted to appreciate its natural beauty. These are perfect for holding jewelry and trinkets or just displayed as is. Shell fronts are water resistant but it is recommended that shells not be immersed in water. Clean shells by wiping with a damp cloth. All shells will have imperfections, no two will ever be the same.
