Description: BEAUTIFUL LARGE ANTIQUE COPPER CAULDRON. It would make a great LOG BIN (Also suitable for Coal or any other solid fuel.) or a handsome PLANTER. The cauldron measures approx 15 3/4 inches (400mm) diameter, by 10 inches (250mm) tall. It is made from solid copper with traditional dovetailed seams (see photos). Marked "HOT" in old script on the rim (see photos). It is in good, sound, antique condition with numerous rivitts, holes, and dents to the base, consistent with its age and use. No major damage, splits or repairs. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a beautiful display piece and be a great addition to any collection.
