Description: Large Antique French Desvres Hand Painted Faience Jardiniere. Footed octagonal form with two scrolled buttress handles. Beautifully hand painted with colorful floral and geometric designs on a white ground. 7 1/4" tall x 10 3/4" wide at the handles. Signed on the bottom as shown. Old chip and some glaze wear on top edge of rim and a couple of small glaze flakes on the edge of the handles and base, which do not detract. Great colors form and decoration. A beautiful antique French faience jardinere. SH at cost. No reserve. No returns.
