Description: I'm pretty sure I got these as a set from Target around 2005. We weren't able to see any obvious stains. I found the 13th and 14th napkins with stains; that when treated and scrubbed the colors came off, so those are not included in this sale. So be forewarned if you have wild dinner parties with many food & wine spills you may never see it this nice again. The problem is with the fabric from Pakistan. It is on the thin side and being hand blocked with the blue ink I doubt there was any stain resistant product applied. I have felt higher quality cloth from France and that was thicker and was better at retaining color. The ones from France (say from Williams Sonoma) feel thick and woven, but these feel thin like bedsheets. But the colors are stunning and cheerful. Napkins are about 17.25" x 16.5" Tablecloth completely covers this double size bed, easily seating 8 people if it were on a table.I'm giving it up because I no longer have such a large table. I love the napkins so much I will use the damaged ones for myself. Hope I don't end up needing grief counseling over this. Sorry for the lousy lighting.
