The Lady Luck Casino was originally named Honest John's. In 1968, it was rebranded to Lady Luck and operated under that name until 2006, when it was renamed The Downtown Grand. Located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, The Downtown Grand is a hotel and casino owned by CIM Group and managed by Fifth Street Gaming. It serves as the focal point of Downtown3rd, a newly developed neighborhood and entertainment district in the area. Occupying 6.27 acres at the intersection of 3rd Street and East Ogden Avenue, The Downtown Grand initially featured two hotel towers. The east side houses the 18-story Casino Tower, built in 1985, with 295 rooms. On the west side stands the 25-story Grand Tower, which offers 334 rooms. The East Tower connects directly to the ground-level casino. In 2020, the eight-story Gallery Tower was added, bringing the total number of rooms to 1,124.
