The bear measures 8" Tall and is able to stand in its own. There seems to be a little stuffing coming from the seams on the back of the head, very minor, but just wanted to point it out, please see pictures. It comes with the acrylic/plastic case shown to protect the bear from any dust. Case (8.5"T) has some minor scratches and wear but in overall good condition.
