Printed by Benrido, Collotype We are a very small operation in a wealthy and well-traveled part of the USA: Greenwich, CT & NYC. We love to treasure hunt and find pieces of history that would be passed over. I am learning the business of art and appraisal, and selling some of my own art (slowly). My husband and I are also doing some restoration on the side and learning the ins and outs of bringing beautiful things back to life. Our passions are wide and eccentric and I hope to bring that to this store. Although I have sold online for many years it was always a side hobby. I am happy doing it and I have high hopes to create a full-time job scouting and selling really cool, unusual, odd, or beautiful things. Most proceeds go directly into the care and feeding of multiple special needs animals or allow me to spend time volunteering with large animals, mainly horses but we've got all kinds that need a safe place to stay before they reach their permanent home. The real goal is to provide sanctuary to farm and domestic animals are taken from bad situations and creating a space where they can recover, then live out their years happy while we teach the next generation the skills to care for them with competence and compassion. If you buy from me my terms are things that most people know and already do, but I will lay it out for the few outliers: I will be honest with you in all dealings, I will disclose everything about products that I know, and what I don't know- there are many things I know very little about. It will be up to you to do your due diligence. Sometimes, I don't know what I don't know. That is just a fact. You will examine pictures and ask any questions prior to purchase. You will communicate any problems to me so that I may address them, you will not return empty boxes/items I did not send, or, claim that your product wasn't delivered if it has been.
