Has a new battery, new camera lens cover was installed at same time, (bezel falls loose when back of phone removed, but it is held in place by the camera back). Works perfectly otherwise, listing it as AT&T network unlocked, I used it with FreeUP, h20 without issue, never tried a verizon mvno, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, IMEI is clearly visible in photo's. Includes a protech case and a belt hanger case. Minor swirls on surface of screen that visible when it is off or on black backgrounds, but do not interfere at all with usage. Nothing missing, all port cover's intact and fit correctly, includes correct genuine OEM Kyocera charger and cable, and the original battery (which is not as good as new, but still good). No indication it was ever in contractor use, I never used PTT, assume it still works. Free economy shipping to lower 48.
