The shafts are marked Knight and True Temper Made in USA. There was no Flex noted on either sticker.The condition is used but shows to be in good overall condition. I ran a google search on how to measure a golf club and there were a number of different ways. It seems that the most common way was to keep the head of the club as flat as possible at that angle and measure from back edge of the club up the shaft to the end of the grip.
