I've thought many times that if I was forced to choose only one small appliance for my kitchen, it would have to be the food processor. Lately I've been thinking about getting a smaller one for things like chopping parsley and garlic, or very small amounts of various things. After researching the available brands and reading reviews and watching demonstrations, I decided on the Kitchenaid Mini. I liked it as soon as I took it out of its box. It's a cute little machine, compact and sturdy looking, and a nice shade of red. When it's not in use, the cord fits neatly around the base.
