Freight Shipping Machines and other heavy items are shipped via freight and will arrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are for curbside delivery only (residential, remote area, inside delivery or white-glove services are not included). Delivery usually take 7-10 business days; some items will take longer, based on your location. Important Information For Freight Shipments If you are in an area with limited access or outside of the delivery zone, it may be necessary to pick up your shipment at the nearest freight terminal. We will not be responsible for or compensate for additional delivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern, please contact us, and we will discuss this with the freight company. Prior to delivery, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery.
