Description: This is a found object Key West beach assemblage; the piece measures 7" x 4.75" x 1.5". Inside the dark wooden drawer are a vintage Key West linen finish post card, a Wade tea sea horse figurine, a piece of white coral, and six lovely conch and other shells. Since the drawer has a lip, tiny conch shells have been added to the other end as feet to make the scene level. A sea horse and motto "Near the sea we forget to count the days" are decoupaged on the top. Makes a fun addition to a seaside house or to your bathroom! Everything is carefully handmade by me in my smoke-free and perfume-free studio.
