It is a Kelvin Chen teapot with a Vincent Van Gogh theme, Starry Nights. It is marked and numbered on the bottom and "Vincent" is written under the handle. It is enamel over copper with a beautiful blue enamel inside. Handmade and hand painted. It is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks.
