For exchanges, the buyer must cover postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. 2nd class postage is £4.00 or 1st class £5.50 If you would like to return your item please follow the following steps:(1) Contact us via eBay messages to let us know you would like to return your item - If opening a returns case, this must be closed before we send replacements.(2) Make a note inside of the package with your username & reason for return (refund or exchange).(3) Send back via the Post office or reputable courier.
