Description: Made in USA - The ORIGINAL in STAINLESS STEEL! NOTE: If you need a full set of tools we have a complete professional set on sale here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/122258550980 NO awkward turn bar that scratches the finish or gets in the way on machines with tight access like the Z-series. The key ring moves freely and can easily be removed so that you can use a regular 1/4" driver handle for access in the tightest places. DURABLE! The tool is precision machined from 303 Stainless Steel. It will not rust or stain, and there's no plating that can flake. Stainless steel is stronger and more durable than regular carbon steel, which often requires plating to achieve sufficient strength. STANDARD 1/4" (6.35mm) BIT. US standard dimension for perfect fit in a standard 1/4" bit driver. We use US standard 1/4" hex stock and not European 6.00mm hex stock. No Philips screws needed! Unlike the previous generation aluminum tool that would wear out quickly, this tool is durable and the original oval head screws can be reused over and over again. We used to include the screws with the disposable aluminum tool but they are really no longer needed now that the tool is long lasting steel. Precision Fit! The tool fits oval head bolts with a head size of approximately 3.9x3.3mm. It's worth noting that the head size varies slightly between espresso maker production batches and models. Throughout the years we have perfected the size to ensure that the tool will work for most machines. If you run into a situation were the tool does not grab the screw head, no problem! Please let us know, and we'll make it right! Quality Control TESTED! Every tool sold by us has been manually and individually tested to a reference screw and is guaranteed to have the correct reference size. Unfortunately this does not guarantee that the screws in your machine are the expected size due to variations between production batches and the simple fact that the screw heads definitely are not precision manufactured. If you run into a situation were the tool does not grab the screw head, no problem! Please let us know, and we'll make it right! This listing is for a stanless steel tool bit that will open the special oval head screws used in most Jura, Jura Capresso, Nespresso, Krups and AEG machines. The bit can be used as-is as a hand tool, or you can use it with any 1/4" bit driver by removing the ring - very useful with the Jura Z-series where access is tight and the ring gets in the way. These bits are designed by us and custom manufactured for us by a professional CNC shop in USA. The tool is machined in stainless steel with very good precision and a tight fit that lets you remove even the most difficult screws without a sweat. The stainless steel will last a long time even in daily use in a repair shop. NOTE: This listing is for the tool only (no technical support). If you need help with disassembly, parts diagrams, diagnostics, etc. please consider purchasing the tool with support: http://www.ebay.com/itm/113410839580 If your machine has Error 8 or is leaking, you probably need this O-ring set to address the problem: http://www.ebay.com/itm/110750439721 The bit will fit the proprietary oval head security screws in the following machines: Jura-Capresso: A1, A5, A7, A9, C5, C50, C55, C65, C70, C75, C9, C90, D6, E5, E8, E9, E10, E25, E30, E40, E45, E50, E55, E6, E60, E65, E70, E74, E75, E80, E85, ENA3, ENA4, ENA5, ENA7, ENA9, ENA Micro 1, ENA Micro 5, ENA Micro 8, ENA Micro 9, ENA Micro 90, ENA Micro Easy, F5, F50, F60, F70, F90, F7, F8, F9, F900, Giga 5, Giga X3, Giga X7, Giga X8, Giga X9, XF50, XF70, S50, S55, S70, S75, S85, S90, S95, S7, S8, S9, J5, J6, J9, Z5*, Z6*, Z7*, Z8*, Z9*, X5*, X6*, X7, X9, X30, X70, X90, X95, XS90, Ultra, Cappuccinatore, M30, Scala, Scala Vario, Evolution, 201, 300, 401, 500, 601, 801, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 Capresso: C1000, C1300, C1500, C2000, C3000 AEG Cafamosa: CF 80, CF 81, CF 85, CF 90, CF95, CF 100, CF 120, CF 200, CF 300, CF 400, CF 500 Krups: Orchestro, Siciliana, Toscana, and all Nespresso machines. As for other brands, please check list above or contact us. *) The Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8, Z9, X5, and X6 have very tight access around the water tank and for convenient access you will want to remove the key ring and use a driver handle. Any regular off-the-shelf handle should work fine. You can also purchase the tool with handle here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/122258550980 Traditionally the screws are obvious and appear as black "rivets". However, on many of the more recent models Jura has hidden the screws which makes it less obvious how to disassemble the machines. You may find this additional info helpful: J-series, Z-series, and X5: There are two hidden security screws behind the Jura logo in the back. Turn the logo an eight of a turn clockwise (Z-series/X5) or counter-clockwise (J-series) to release it and you will find the screws. ENA-series: These machines are secured with a locking mechanism. There is a security screw behind the Jura logo in the back. Turn the logo to counter-clockwise release it and you will find the screw. Remove the screw and then push the gray plate upwards to release the locking mechanism in the back. Likewise, there's another oval head screw in the front that will be visible when you pull out the tray. The locking mechanism in the front needs to be pulled down (in contrast to the one in the rear that moves upwards). 100% satisfaction guaranteed! If you're not happy we will refund your money!
