Please listen to its chime by copying and pasting the following FULL VIDEO YouTube link:-> https://youtu.be/a4yYdgRhR2kI made an extra photoshoot, with lots of detailed photos, among which those from the movement, which can be seen by clicking on the following YouTube link, or copying and pasting it in your browser:-> https://youtu.be/LfMOvSGUc_8SCHATZ in German, means DARLING in English.It is obvious why this name was choosen; this clock is a DARLING!This clock has been FULLY taken apart, and is CLEANED, polished and SERVICED in- AND outside!After polishing all of the bronze parts, they have been given an INDUTRIAL Coating, so they will always keep their gorgeous color, without needing to polish them!The case has been polished, giving it its ORIGINAL shine again.The dial has been RECOATED in BLACK, making the clock its lLUXURIOUS appearance.Even the bolds UNDERNEATH the clock, mounting the chiming unti to the inside, have been POLISHED, although you will never see them when the clock stands in a normal position.It is the feeling having done EVERYTHING to make this clock shine!For the work involved, please take a look at photo 9.In the photoshoot, there are several photos of the restoring process, which gives you an idea how much time, love and care has been invested to bring this beauty back in its old glory...JUBA SCHATZ produced a small range of Westminster clocks for a couple of years, of which this piece is a good example.Special is the MULTI Coloured case with a HIGH GLOSS finish, which looks AMAZING!Collectors among us know how rare and valuable these pieces are...HIGH Quality was the goal, designing this time-piece!The way the body of the clock looks says it all.Flamed, multicoloured wood in 2 bright coulours in a fabulous 1950's design.And then there is the movement with its WESTMINSTER chime...Its size, shape, colours and the cosmetic an functional state make this beauty a clock having a perfect balance.The brass door and hands shine so much that is looks as if this clock left the shop yesterday.It has a windable 8 days PENDULUM DRIVEN movement which runs like an engine.There are shining, Brass, numbers and number marks on the dial.The door has (real) curved glass, FREE OF SCRATCHES!Everything is original and this clock runs absolutely great.The Westminster chime is remarkably clear and warm; you would not expect a sound like that from this clock.The movement is marked with the SCHATZ MARK and the country of manufactory "Germany".The JUBA mark is on the clocks face as well (I forgot to return it before making the videos).The pendulum carries the SCHATZ Mark AND the key has the JUBA mark on it, making this a 4 times marked clock, which is of a HUGE added value!!The clock has five long bars and five hammers.The width of this piece gave the designer the opportunity to fill the clockwith long bars.
