Jacobs Quality Tactical plates are fully tested by an independent lab and are rated to defeat up to 6 hits from 7.62 Nato bullets (.308 Winchester) with velocities up to 2780 fps. The included 10mm foam trauma pads go behind the plate and will absorb the impression of any projectile impact onto the armor plate protecting your ribs from the compression.The Jacobs Quality Tactical Muircat Plate Carrier features a ventilated interior mesh to provide the wearer with the ultimate in cooling. Made of durable 600D and 1000D military grade ripstop nylon with double stitched seams and “X” stitching at all ends for the strongest construction. The Jacobs Quality Tactical Muircat MOLLE Plate Carrier vest provides pockets for the front and rear 10″ x 12″ armor plates plus both 6″ x 8″ side plates. The 10″ x 12″ pockets feature double hook and loop closure and snaps to keep the plates secure.
