Description: This water color by Jorge Romero is in mint condition. It has never been used, has no holes, tears or folds (See photos). There is slight wear, measuring 1/4 inch long, on the bottom right corner (See photo). Romero signed his name on the piece (See photo). Although untitled and undated, it's believed that this work of art was created in the 1980's. BIO: Jorge Romero was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1950. His initial works depicted the island's landscapes, social traditions and customs. In the late 1990's, his style changed to post-modernism etc. He studied art in New York and in Puerto Rico with painters Epifanio Irizarry and Miguel Pou.
