Contents clean, with one small stain to the title page, not approaching any text. A very good or better example. Note that the stated "Dublin printing" on the title page is false; this is the first edition of this collection. A collection of several works, namely: "Apology to Lady Carteret," "Libel on D--- D--- and a Certain Great Lord," "An Epistle Upon an Epistle (etc.)," "An Epistle to His Excellency John Lord Carteret, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland," "The Drapier Demolished (etc.)," "A Proposal for an Act of Parliament to Sell the Bishop's Lands," and "To the Rt. Honourable Sir Richard Poynes, Kt. (etc.)," and "A Copy of Verses Upon Two Celebrated Modern Poets." Most of these appeared first elsewhere. Of the several pieces here, Swift is certainly the author of "An Epistle Upon and Epistle," "A Libel on D--- D---," and "A Proposal for an Act of Parliament..." though the very last piece is also sometimes attributed to Swift, as well.
