Description: Promo Edition 1/5000, 1995 issue. This has just been retrofit with GOLD wheels similar to what the old red line hot wheels cars had. The bearings are glued onto the axle and then bearing is pressure fit into the wheel. It rolls really nice. I primarily built for adult collector/ display purposes.(not for children) The body has not been removed from the base for customization, Please see all the pictures.
