The CD is in good (G+) condition with some scratches/scuffs - but it has been play tested and it sounds great, the case has minor wear with scuffs, but the structure is great with no cracks or anything and the inlay is in very good condition - please see the images that were taken of these items that are being sold for confirmation of condition.
