The right 2 knobs won't turn either. There are ONLY 2 actual knobs. It is a bit dirty as well. See pictures. I am no expert on cooktops, so just describing what I observed. I did not test with propane. I only plugged it in. It comes with all the pieces you see in the video laid out.
