This book has a colored cover and inside, it shows not only some of the dishes you can prepare, but also dishes of the time, some in black & white and others in color. There are suggested menus, cooking charts and measurements. I have provided some example pictures of some of the pages.The lady that collected this did so in the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's.
