The eosin glaze is a complex glazing method, it creates the striking iridescent luster through the addition of metallic oxides to the lead glaze.The Man measures approx. 12-1/2" tall. The woman is approx. 12" tall. Their bases are 5-3/4" wide.The man had a small glaze bubble that opened-it can be seen in the photos-no bigger than the point of a pen. Other than that, both are in excellent condition.
