Photos 2 & 24 show splits on the top and bottom of the cover spine edge. Photo 6 shows that the two initial pages have detached which are the two pages seen in photo 7. Photo 23 shows two partially detached pages. Other pages are bound strong. Pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 124 years old.See photos for examples of pages inside.
