I counted about 45 pages that have been written on or have markings, out of 544 pages total. Check the 3rd picture for an example page, one of the worse cases of marked pages. Some of the pages have creases at the corners, and the previous owner wrote his/her name on the book's edges (shown in pictures 4 to 6).
