Fabric is new and is in excellent condition. There is a mark on the back of the fabric from the rolling machine at the production facility. The mark is approximately 28" from one cut end. Fabric is 52.5" Wide, with a usable width of 51.5" The fabric was stored upright, so there is some minor wrinkling along one edge test goes into the fabric approximaty 5" in areas along one side.
