JABO Badger Marble: Chunky Gold Lutz

According to anecdotes, there was an interesting experiment that took place during this run...it was called a "copper wire strand test" experiment. I'm not exactly sure what that even means, but there you have it. These experiments often take place before or after the actual production run. Occasionally, these experiments are attributed to what's called "Tank Wash" and some wonderful accidents happen. I don't know if this was the case here with these Badgers, but I thought I would add some fun trivia about this Badger run in this description. The ivory base glass blends nicely with both the mint green and oxblood swirls. Naturally, the most noticeable item immediately seen is the sparkling chunks of gold lutz around all sides of the marble. The sparkle and pop is so nice and cheerful to view...you'll want to get a flashlight and magnifier to watch the lightshow. This marble kind of reminds me of Christmas for some reason. Have fun with this one! I try to rotate my marbles and provide high resolution pictures with my DSLR camera and flash so you can see exactly what you are getting. This marble was made on the 3/4" marble machine and it measures 0.743" in diameter with a pair of electronic calipers.
