The fabric has a terry texture to it and there is piping around the neckline, cuffs and hemline. This is a very comfortable top! Measurements with it laying flat are: Armpit to armpit, 25 inchesAcross the hemline, 25 1/2Sleeve length measured shoulder to cuff, 21Length measured down back from neckline to hem, 27 1/2 Fabric is 85% cotton/15% polyester.
