The hand is broke on one side, and needs to be fiddled with a bit, but still extends out to grab unsuspecting pieces. The game is missing the rotating piece, so it does not spin. A few of the character pieces are missing their stands, and one of the treasure boxes is split on one side. You will also notice a lack of white board pieces; that is because there are none. The box is a bit bent but still in usable condition.
