Description: The green and blue 500 Iraqi dinars banknote is part of the family of banknotes issued by the Central Bank of Iraq in 2004. Its obverse side depicts the Dokan Dam in the Sulaimania Governorate. Its reverse side features the winged bull statue and Assyrian priest from the Palace of Khorsabad in the Fortress of Sargon. Security features of the note include two intaglio circles on the obverse side, a solid security thread with demetalized Arabic text and a horse head watermark. The note is 142 mm long and 66 mm wide. This note is dated 2004, printed by De La Rue, and is in uncirculated condition.
