Listed items will not be marked down during the listing duration. Moselle, by World Brand of the American Silver Company, is usually considered the single most collected of all silverplate patterns. The design is a riotous fantasy of grapes and leaves and vines on the handle. Moselle is noted for its very sharp and crisp detailing, and for rarely being monogrammed. Moselle was introduced in 1906, and available into the early 1920s. Offered here is 5 servers in Moselle. . Offered here is 5 large servers in Moselle Grape. The 2 large serving forks offered here measure about 7 3/4", the large serving spoons/tablespoons measure about 8", and the gravy ladle measures about 7 1/4". These are not pieces of new silver. They show the patina of as much as 115 years of careful use. There are the light scratches which constitute normal patina. There is no monogram. Silver is softly lustrous. There is no silver loss on the forks and spoons, but the gravy ladle does have 2 rest oval dots the back of the gravy ladle. The pattern is crisp and clear. These pieces have been carefully used and well cared for. I polish all silver before listing on eBay. Please email with any questions before bidding.
