Sold as shown above (Installation tool shown below not for sale). Tool Rental: I rent the ball nut / ball screw installation tool for $5 per week and shipping both ways $16. I can't really account for this but it can be frustrating not knowing where a package is. As an experienced seller, I keep substantial records on shipment dates and tracking numbers. Once, I shipped a package overseas that was not posted as received by the US Post Office, not posted as shipped out of the country by US Customs and finally posted to tracking after two anonymous weeks on the actual day of delivery in Europe. Since the Post Office doesn't trace a package when you file a claim until 3 - 4 weeks have elapsed for domestic (and 4 - 6 weeks on international shipments), there's little that actually gets done "WORRYING" a packages status until the suitable amount of time has elapsed. We ship most of our items in Reused and Recycled packing materials. Some would call it trash but there are no food products in the box. This re-use is good for our land fills in Michigan.
