Laundered with a natural/chemical-free detergent. This floor gym is so versatile. Can not only be used at home and then after play time it can be zipped up for convenient storage, because it doesn't take up much room at all its great to take it with you on trips or when visiting family and friends or can even leave it at grandparents house to be used in their home and easily stored when baby goes home. Recommend only the mat and cloth storage bag be laundered in washer on gentle cycle and air dried. If your dryer has an Air Dry mode that could work as well. When the mat is dry it can also be put in dryer on a Freshen Up mode to fluff up the mat prior to using again though just giving it a little shake works just as well.
